What Can We
Do For You?

Our Quality Policy

We are committed to excellence in all endeavors. We shall set our goals to achieve customer satisfaction and to deliver defect-free premium value products on time with service second to none. This will be accomplished through our quality management system, continuous improvement, and the dedicated effort of all employee owners.

We have the in-house capability to produce concept/design renderings and even full scale mock-ups to help our customers through the do’s and don’ts of thermoforming so their project is successful. We have full CAD/CAM and file exchange capabilities using a variety of formats. We review the data and advise our customers of any potential issues before producing the prototype pattern.

We have expert pattern and mold makers in-house so tooling costs and progress can be closely monitored and revisions are handled quickly. Our staff can recommend the proper tooling types and requirements to meet your production tolerances, forecasts, and budget.

Our state-of-the-art digitizing equipment reduces CNC programming time; particularly on complex, close tolerance trims. This same technology can be used to “reverse engineer” tooling from existing components to reduce pattern to production time.

We offer Aluminum, Fiberglass, Ceramic, Urethane, and Epoxy tooling to help ensure a long production life for our customers’ molds.

Our team is made up of experts in all the thermoforming techniques, so you can be confident that we will consistently provide you with high quality parts for your production applications.

We have 9 vacuum-forming ovens in our facility. The largest being 72″x156″ with dual 70″ stroke platens. We are capable of forming a wide range of starting thicknesses and can accommodate both small and large-volume production runs.

We have four 5-axis CNC routing centers and a 6-axis dual-arm robotic cutter for close tolerance and high-volume processing of parts to help insure that the customer gets the same quality part every time.

Your products are inspected throughout each state of production to ensure they meet the quality standards established through the combined efforts of Paramount Plastics and our customers.

We use many different procedures such as Ultrasonic Welding to produce quality parts while using the latest technology adhesives for the bonding of component parts.
